Lasagna Love: Lasagna Love was founded at the beginning of the pandemic and has since grown into a national movement, with thousands of people, cooking and delivering meals to families in their communities.

Manna Food Bank: Involving, educating, and uniting people in the work of ending hunger in Western North Carolina.

No Taste Like Home: This eco tour company focuses on food foraging adventures. In fact, they are one of the largest foraging tour companies in the world.

Highland Brewing: Asheville’s first brewing company, this place rocks. We’ve watched it grow and dig their commitment to quality, sustainability and simply making Asheville a better place. Oh- and the beer is great too! We use their Porter and IPA in our “Cooking with Beer” class.

Chop Wizard! We’re not big on gadgets, but we love this one!
